David Rapozo serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Cap Six, where he leads the firm’s sales and distribution strategy. In this role, he focuses on business development, national accounts, and cultivating high-impact relationships across the advisory and institutional landscape.

Prior to joining Cap Six, David was Vice President and Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he managed national advisor relationships across multiple distribution channels. He also held senior roles at BlackRock and iShares, spanning both sales and product development, giving him a comprehensive view of investment solutions and advisor engagement.

Over the course of his career, David has built and led successful distribution teams, consistently driving growth and deepening relationships across the wealth management ecosystem.

David holds a degree in Accounting from Cardinal Stritch University and an MBA from Marquette University.

Before entering the investment industry, he served in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned multiple commendations, including the Joint Services Achievement Medal, two Good Conduct Medals, the Expeditionary Unit Medal, the National Defense Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, and two Humanitarian Service Medals.
